Will play my innings to the end, claims Musharraf

KASUR; Former president Gen (r) Pervez Musharraf said that his innings is not end yet and that he will play it to the end.

“I will again emerge in the public once I fight out all the baseless cases that my enemies have filed against me,” pledged the former president.

He was talking to All-Pakistan Muslim League (APML) senior vice-president Mian Muhammad Sharif on the phone here the other day. He said that he is in the best of health and that his heart is beating with the people Kasur.

The former president thanked the people of Kasur for their concern regarding his health.

During the conversation, Gen (r) Musharraf claimed that his party would become the most popular party of the country soon. He pointed out that Pakistan is a blessed country but now its economy is crumpling due to the incompetency, dishonesty and worst corruption of the parliamentarian. Former president Musharraf said that if he would be given another chance, he would provide jobs to the jobless and shelter to homeless people. He assured the people of Kasur to give him another chance to mitigate their sufferings. “We will build a medical college, Cadet College and hospital, comprising 400 beds for the people of the district,” he highlighted his priorities, adding that he would also provide free gas facility for first six months to the villages of district Kasur. http://nation.com.pk/national/15-Feb-2016/will-play-my-innings-to-the-end-claims-musharraf
