Taliban Commander Arrested in Kunduz Operation TOLOnews.com, 13 November 2016

Belal, a Taliban commander, and his six fighters were arrested in an operation in northern Kunduz province, local officials said Sunday.
Spokesman for provincial police Mahfuzullah Akbari said that Belal is a key Taliban commander in the province.
He said no casualties were reported among civilians or security forces during the operation.
