ISLAMABAD: In order to make the security of foreign embassies in the federal capital Islamabad fool-proof, CDA has started the construction of a new strong security wall on all four sides of the Diplomatic Enclave. This wall is ten feet high and the length is ten kilometers.
So far, six and a half kilometers of the wall have been constructed. The total cost of the project is Rs950 million and it will be completed by December 31. Searchlights and CCTV cameras are being installed. These cameras are night vision. A control room has also been constructed for security monitoring.
