Kabuli asks Hekmatyar not to act based on ISI’s instructions KHAAMA PRESS, Jul 01 2016

Former lawmaker and leader of the National Participation Party of Afghanistan Najibulllah Kabuli has called on Hezb-e-Islami leader Gulbuddin Hekmatyar not to act on the instructions issued by Pakistan’s Inter Services Intelligence which accused of supporting the Afghan militant groups.
He was speaking during a press conference in Kabul today and asked Hekmatyar to positively answer to the demands of the Afghan people.
Kabuli further added “Our message to Gulbuddin Hekmatyar is to refrain from listening to ISI instructions if you are truely an Afghan son and love Afghanistan.”
He said Hekmatyar should return to the country as the Afghan people will welcome him to join peace process.
The former lawmaker said Hekmatyar will prove he is working for ISI if he did not join peace process and refrain from violence.
The remarks by Kabuli comes as Hekmatyar published an article in a magazine run by the group and announced that peace talks with the Afghan government has entered into a deadlock and is effectively dead.
Hekmatyar said the Afghan government must be dissolved, claiming that the majority does not accept it.
Earlier, an official of the group said Hekmatyar has issued new demands for the peace deal, including cancellation of pacts with the United State and a timetable for the withdrawal of foreign troops.http://www.khaama.com/kabuli-asks-hekmatyar-not-to-act-based-on-isis-instructions-01387
