A joint committee of legal analysts was formed to address the challenges of Afghan refugees abroad based on a decree of the Islamic Emirate PM Mullah Mohammad Hassan Akhund, the spokesman for the Islamic Emirate, Zabiullah Mujahid, said.
The committee will be chaired by the deputy head of the General Directorate of Legislation of the Ministry of Justice.
The committee will pursue legal paths to defend the property and rights of Afghan refugees abroad.
“They [committee members] have been appointed after we received reports that the property of the Afghan citizens had been seized from them. This committee will investigate the issue from legal angles,” he said……
