ISLAMABAD: The hearing of the case against PTI former chairman Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi Nikah during iddat has been adjourned on the request of counsel for the petitioner.
The case came up for hearing in district and sessions court Islamabad led by senior civil judge Qudrat Ullah on Friday.
Raja Rizwan Abbasi counsel for petitioner appeared in the court and prayed for granting more time to him as he has to present documentary evidence . The court remarked the arguments have to be given on the maintainability of the petition.
The counsel for petitioner further sought more time till Monday and said he would submit the documents and give arguments on Monday too. Accepting the plea, the court adjourned the hearing of the case till Monday.
