LAHORE: NA Speaker Ayaz Sadiq has said CPEC and Gwadar projects have more ‘internal’ threats than external.
“The CPEC and Gwadar projects have external threats but they have more internal. Our agenda should be Pakistan and not a personality. Media should boycott those defaming Pakistan,” Mr Sadiq said.
At a seminar here on Saturday, he said the army, media and other institutions had played their role in strengthening the country. He said the PTI’s boycott of the parliament session did not reflect well on the visiting Turkish guests. The parliament did not belong to Nawaz alone, he said.
Sadiq also chided Sheikh Rashid saying he never ordered to turn his mike silent in the assembly. He said Rashid had asked him to send him abroad.
