ISLAMABAD: In yet another round of reshuffle in the top bureaucracy, Captain (retd) Usman Zikriya, a BS-20 officer presently posted as inspector general of police Gilgit-Baltistan, has been directed to report to the Establishment Division with immediate effect.
According to sources the decision was made due to terrorist attack on foreign tourists at Nanga Parbat base camp in Bunar Das despite intelligence reports of possible terrorist attack on foreigners, no steps were taken to avert the deadly attack.
