Governor of Bamyan’s Shibar District survived Taliban ambush By KHAAMA PRESS – Sat Jun 27 2015, 4:20 pm

The governor of Bamyan province’s Shibar District has survived a Taliban ambush.
Mohammad Azim Farid, the district governor, after arriving at a safe location said that he was going from Bamyan city to his office in Shibar when he came under Taliban ambush on Saturday.
He said Taliban fired light and heavy weapons on their vehicles but luckily did not hit anyone.
Farid added that including him all passengers of the vehicles survived but one vehicle damaged in the militant fire.
