12 civilians have sustained injuries in a magnetic bomb explosion in Mehtarlam, capital of eastern Laghman province. Officials say the bomb was attached to a police vehicle which exploded close to Aziz Bank around 03:00 PM on Monday. The vehicle slightly damaged but there was no harm to policemen.
