Gun attack: Passengers escape ambush unhurt

GILGIT: Unidentified gunmen opened fire at a passenger vehicle on the outskirts of the city late Monday night. Fortunately, the passengers onboard escaped unhurt in the ambush which took place in Danyor area, about 20 kilometres from Gilgit. “No one was injured in the attack,” confirmed Danyor police official Iqbal.
