GILGIT, Oct 20: Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Gilgit-Baltistan Nawaz Rahim Durrani took oath of office here on Tuesday. Supreme Appellate Court (SAC) Chief Judge Justice Mohamamd Nawaz Abbasi administered the oath in a simple but impressive ceremony.
