Pakistan is plundering Gilgit-Baltistan. Rise of Sunni militancy and step-motherly treatment of the State have pushed the people into a state of misery and penury. The young are is in no mood to countenance the neglect. They are campaigning for self-rule as the birth right. If the world continues to turn a cold eye, the movement will give birth to a new breed who believe in violence as the means to reach the goal.
